Bo Jackson, Raiders, Royals

Vincent Edward "Bo" Jackson (born November 30, 1962) is an American former professional baseball and football player. He is the only professional athlete in history to have been named an All-Star in two major American sports. Jackson's achievements at the elite levels of multiple sports have given him a reputation as one of the greatest athletes of all time.

Bo Jackson played professional football for the Los Angeles Raiders from 1987 to 1990 while simultaneously playing Major League Baseball for the Kansas City Royals (1986–1990), Chicago White Sox (1991–1993), and California Angels (1994). He famously split his time between both sports, playing baseball in the spring/summer and football in the fall.
